A French Entremet is a dessert made up of different layers and textures. It typically comprises of mousse followed by a cremeux, a crunchy layer and finally, a cake base. Entremets taste best within 2-3 days and should be refrigerated until ready for consumption! All colors below are for representation purposes only and no two Entremets will ever look the same!
